Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Training Manager to oversee the local training program for personnel assigned to the Physical Security team. You will lead, coach, coordinate, and document onboarding and ongoing training, ensuring consistent delivery of programs across sites.

The role requires managing Field Training Officers, developing training direction, and collaborating with peers to standardize practices in support of client and vendor expectations.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid/AED instructor certification required or obtainable.
• Licensing rules vary by state/local laws prior to employment.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory security experience.
• Minimum 1 year classroom instruction experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site training plans with Regional Training Coordinator.
• Provide instructions/materials to security staff.
• Maintain current training database with participants and results.
• Oversee training activities to ensure proficiency and readiness.
• Plan, conduct, and evaluate drills and exercises.
• Collaborate with managers to standardize training programs.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training per contracts.
• Generate reports and metrics for management.
