Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Banking Specialist III to troubleshoot and service commercial electronic security, video, life safety and intrusion systems. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and on-site project ownership.

You will work with a dynamic team, following company health and safety policies while delivering high-quality service and support to clients across local sites.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts D License and/or S License.
• Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Solid technical skills in electronic security and intrusion systems.
• Solid programming skills and proven ability to troubleshoot problems.
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings; use test instruments and hand tools.
• Ability to travel locally to jobsites on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, troubleshoot, repair and service electronic security, video, life safety and intrusion systems.
• Provide technical support and training to customers, maximizing satisfaction.
• Coordinate with engineering to resolve unusual problems in system operation and warranty work.
• Demonstrate equipment, commissioning new systems and analyzing performance.
• Assist with project coordination, scope changes and cost control.
