Qualifications

• Massachusetts D License and/or S License required.
• Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Solid technical skills in electronic security and intrusion systems.
• Strong programming skills and problem solving.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings; read manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test and service security, intrusion and life safety systems on onsite projects.
• Provide technical support and training and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery.
• Interpret manuals and wiring diagrams to diagnose and repair equipment.
