Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Banking Specialist III to join our team in Boston. You will troubleshoot and service commercial electronic security, video, life safety, and intrusion systems while delivering world-class customer service.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, solid communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects locally with minimal supervision. This role supports Convergint's commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts D License and/or S License required.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Solid technical skills in electronic security and intrusion systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, troubleshoot, repair and service electronic security systems.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide technical support to customers.
• Travel locally to jobsites as needed; interpret schematics and read blueprints.
