Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Banking Specialist III to troubleshoot and service commercial electronic security, video, life safety, and intrusion systems. The role requires professional customer service, strong technical skills, and the ability to travel locally for on-site projects.

You will work within a dynamic team, supporting customers and colleagues while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts D License and/or S License is required or preferred.
• Excellent customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Solid technical skills in electronic security, intrusion, and life-safety systems.
• Proven troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, and service electronic security and life-safety systems.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and clarity on work performed.
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams to guide work.
• Coordinate with project team to meet timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Travel locally to job sites and provide on-site technical support.
