Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain banking security equipment including drive-up, vaults, and ATMs. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and growth within a values-driven culture.

You will install and service security equipment, respond to service calls, and support coinless banking operations while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of drive-up, locking, and electronic banking systems.
• Familiarity with DVRs and NVRs connected to remote systems.
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Customer-focused with strong written and verbal communication.
• Adaptable and able to respond to changing service needs.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, repair, and service drive-up, locksmith, and electronic projects.
• Troubleshoot and repair remote drive-up, audio and video equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Respond to service calls, including after-hours as needed.
• Mentor less experienced staff using technical knowledge and experience.
