Job summary

Convergint Federal is seeking an experienced Service Technician III to install, configure, and maintain security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion, across varied client sites. You will lead system upgrades, collaborate with project teams, and deliver prompt troubleshooting and exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong documentation skills, blueprints literacy, and the ability to work with stakeholders while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required; trade certification preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years experience in installation and maintenance of security systems; 100K+ project experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain security systems (access control, video, intrusion).
• Perform upgrades and modifications to meet client requirements.
• Provide remote and on-site support; interface with clients to address needs.
