You will drive annual planning, quarterly reviews, and demand generation programs while partnering with sales to expand supplier adoption and revenue growth. This role requires strong financial acumen and cybersecurity market knowledge, with the ability to accelerate collaboration across Arrow teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier management, business development, channel sales, product management, or technology distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level business relationships.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing revenue, profitability, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and executive engagement activities.
• Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and partner growth areas to expand supplier adoption.
• Partner with sales teams to support strategic opportunities, competitive positioning, and pipeline development.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Track program effectiveness and provide recommendations to optimize performance and outcomes.
• Champion initiatives that improve the customer, partner, and supplier experience.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
