Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager for Security IIStrategic Supplier Management. The role focuses on developing and maintaining executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders, guiding annual planning, QBRs, and strategic initiatives.

You will work to identify market opportunities, align resources, and design supplier-funded programs and demand generation initiatives. Remote work is supported with travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supplier management, business development, channel sales, product management, or technology distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level business relationships.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing revenue, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and executive engagement with suppliers.
• Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and partner growth areas to expand supplier adoption.
• Align supplier resources and Arrow teams to accelerate growth opportunities.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Partner with sales teams to support strategic opportunities, pipeline development, and competitive positioning.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
