Jazz seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to guide customers through the technical evaluation of our security platform. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to demonstrate Jazz's value and translate security needs into clear solutions.

This on-site Boston role suits professionals who blend deep technical knowledge with customer engagement in a fast-paced startup. You’ll lead technical demos, PoCs, and engage with security leaders, contributing to RFPs and feedback to product

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales engineering, security engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Experience with vulnerability scanners and cloud platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience leading technical demos and PoCs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Deliver technical product demonstrations tailored to customer environments and security challenges.
• Lead proof-of-concept (POC) engagements with prospective customers.
• Translate customer security problems into clear technical solutions using the Jazz platform.
• Act as a trusted advisor to security leaders and practitioners.
• Provide customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Support RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical documentation.
• Help develop demo environments, technical assets, and enablement materials.
• Stay current on security trends, vulnerability management, and risk prioritization.
