Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Tech Lead/Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure enterprise platforms across Market Access and Patient Support Services. You will mentor engineers, partner with business and IT security, and translate business needs into architecture and actionable tasks.

This role requires 7+ years in software engineering, 2+ years as a tech lead, strong Salesforce experience, and travel up to 20%. The position offers competitive US compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, technical architecture, or enterprise platform development.
• 2+ years as a Tech Lead or similar role with hands-on leadership.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms.
• Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide developers and vendor partners.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions with the Market Access & Patient Support Services Global Capability Owner, providing technical insight and tradeoffs.
• Translate capability roadmaps into scalable architectures and development plans, assessing feasibility and risks.
• Convert complex business requirements into technical specifications and executable work tasks.
• Lead the technical team, drive work plans, and ensure alignment with standards.
• Mentor software engineers and vendor partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead cross-team problem solving and end-to-end capability delivery.
• Ensure compliant, secure implementations and adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
