Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks a senior technical leader to design and deliver scalable, compliant engagement platforms across KOLs, HCPs, and patients. You will drive architectural decisions, partner with product and security teams, and mentor a mix of internal and vendor engineers.

10-20% travel is required. A strong background in enterprise platforms, integration, and cloud-based delivery is essential to advance Jazz’s global capabilities and patient-centric initiatives across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in customer engagement, event operations, or related domains in pharma.
• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and operate scalable, secure, compliant technology solutions.
• Lead cross-functional technical work and mentor engineers.
• Translate engagement strategies into durable data and platform capabilities.
• Coordinate vendor partners and ensure delivery against roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements across engagement workflows.
