Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The role includes acting as a liaison between site supervisor and account/field managers, and providing coaching to security officers.

Applicants should have security experience and supervisory background, a valid driver's license, and strong written reports ability.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driving positions require a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Background investigation and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site wireless tech.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
