Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Shift Supervisor will liaise between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers, providing coaching and discipline within approved empowerment ranges.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, and strong written/oral communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driving positions require a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless technology.
• Ability to handle both routine and crisis situations at the client site.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in various environments and lift up to 40 pounds.
