Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate security services on a shift at a client site. You will act as liaison between site leadership and security officers, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved guidelines.

The role requires strong communication, crisis management, and customer service skills, with responsibilities including report writing and procedural compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures/instructions.
• Licensing requirements as per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift at a client site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Handle crises calmly and efficiently and maintain excellent customer service.
