Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift at a client site. The role supervises officers, coordinates with the site supervisor and Account Manager, and ensures the delivery of quality security services.

Requirements include being 21+, a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, strong communication, and the ability to prepare clear reports.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable security experience
• Must have strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs
• Must understand operating procedures and instructions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record if driving duties apply
• Must pass background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test
• Intermediate computer skills for site tech tools
• Ability to handle crisis and normal situations calmly
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment guidelines
• Prepare and maintain clear incident reports and logs
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at the client site
