Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. The Shift Supervisor will liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers, providing coaching and ensuring professional service delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage crisis situations calmly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to write reports and logs neatly.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
