Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred Experience: CCTV (Milestone/Genetec), Access Control (AMAG/Lenel/Genetec/Software House-CCURE/S2), Intrusion (DMP/Bosch).

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls, maintenance and after-hours calls; diagnose, repair, and replace defective parts.
• Install projects and support custom systems integrations and small projects.
• Document detailed service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
