Convergint is hiring a full-time Security Service Technician to service and support customers, respond to service calls, and contribute to small projects. You will work within a team that values growth, integrity, and delivering results, while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

You’ll need strong technical skills with fire alarm or electronic security systems, hands-on aptitude with tools, and the ability to travel locally.

Qualifications

• High level of customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Advanced technical skills related to fire alarm systems and electronic security systems.
• Advanced programming skills and ability to troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and non-routine customer service calls and maintenance requests.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts; install projects as necessary.
• Complete detailed service reports for customers and the company to enable accurate invoicing and cost tracking.
