Qualifications

• Excellent customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Advanced technical skills related to fire alarm and electronic security systems.
• Programming skills and ability to troubleshoot access control systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with hand and power tools.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to travel locally to jobsites; minimal overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and non-routine service calls, scheduled maintenance, and emergency after-hours service.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts, and debug systems.
• Install projects as necessary and complete accurate service reports.
