Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine service calls, scheduled maintenance, and emergencies on a timely basis.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts in fire alarm or security systems.
• Complete accurate service reports to support invoicing and job costing.
• Collaborate with customers and Convergint teams to deliver quality service.
