Qualifications

• High School/GED required; servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems experience preferred.
• Minimum Experience: 3-5 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems
• Preferred Experience: CCTV, access control, intrusion system experience with listed platforms

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls, perform maintenance and small projects for existing customers
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts in security systems
• Install projects and support networked security equipment
• Prepare accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking
• Collaborate with team members to improve operations at the Convergint Technology Center
