Job summary

GuidePoint Security LLC is seeking a Sr. Account Executive to proactively network, cold call, and sell to multiple contacts within client organizations, including C-levels.

The role is virtual/remote with regional travel and focuses on delivering consultative account management services and building strong relationships with customers. You will manage opportunities, position solutions, and collaborate with technology partners to meet client goals and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years outside sales experience in IT (security preferred).
• Current enterprise security space experience preferred.
• Strong relationships with key accounts in territory required.
• Experience with Salesforce.com required.
• Strong group presentation skills a must.
• History of exceeding sales goals and generating leads.
• Experience selling professional services, security audits and assessments a plus.
• Network security vendor certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and profitability goals.
• Position, configure and quote products and services to clients.
• Manage leads and opportunities in Salesforce and CRM tools.
• Report sales forecasts and opportunity funnels.
• Create, edit and close services proposals.
• Position vendors' technologies and articulate value to clients.
• Support field marketing to generate interest and attend events.
• Present sales material to executive-level clients.
