Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager in Cyber Resilience & Defense to lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements, from current-state assessments through target-state designs and implementation oversight. You will develop SOC maturity roadmaps, playbook frameworks, and staffing models, while guiding threat detection engineering and KPI development.

Responsibilities include overseeing SIEM/SOAR integrations, automation via AI, and mentoring senior consultants. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security operations across multiple domains.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in design, optimizing and assessing log ingestion architectures.
• Experience with threat intelligence frameworks and detection engineering methodologies.
• Experience on any leading SIEM/SOAR platform.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in the SOC or Security Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from assessment to design and implementation oversight.
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps and operating models for client environments.
• Lead and quality-assure threat detection engineering and KPI framework development.
• Oversee integration of SIEM, SOAR, TIP, EDR, NDR, and UEBA platforms in modernization programs.
• Create battle-tested incident response runbooks and automate with AI capabilities.
