Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead delivery and client leadership for Cyber Resilience & Defense. You will own workstreams, bring depth in SOC domains, and drive sales opportunities from RFPs to proposals, while mentoring managers and shaping offerings.

The role emphasizes building modern SOC capabilities, integrating SIEM/SOAR, and leveraging AI for defense. Travel 25%–100% may be required across client engagements in a dynamic, global team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security operations across multiple domains.
• Minimum 7 years in leadership roles within SOC/Security Architecture or equivalent consulting.
• Experience with designing and optimizing log ingestion architectures for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Proven track record of business development with $2M+ annual bookings or pipeline ownership.
• Experience on leading SIEM/SOAR platforms and threat intelligence frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from current-state assessment to target-state design and implementation oversight.
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, staffing models, and playbook frameworks for client environments.
• Lead threat detection engineering, triage workflow redesign, and KPI framework development.
• Oversee integration of SIEM, SOAR, TIP, EDR, NDR, and UEBA platforms within modernization programs.
• Create battle-tested incident response runbooks and enable automation using AI capabilities.
