Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager in Cyber Resilience & Defense to lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements for major clients in the United States. You will own scoping, delivery, and advisory activities across SOC domains, translating complex security requirements into business-relevant narratives for executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security operations across multiple domains.
• Minimum 7 years in leadership roles in the SOC or security architecture.
• Designing, optimizing and assessing log ingestion architectures for hybrid/multi-cloud.
• Proven business development with $2M+ annual bookings or pipeline ownership.
• Experience with threat intelligence and detection engineering methodologies.
• Experience on leading SIEM/SOAR platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from assessment to design and oversight.
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, staffing models, and playbooks.
• Lead threat detection engineering, triage workflow redesign, and metric frameworks.
• Oversee integration of SIEM, SOAR, TIP, EDR, NDR, UEBA platforms.
• Implement detection-as-code practices, Sigma rules, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge capabilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with technology partners to support go-to-market.
• Deliver and evolve SOC offerings incorporating automation and AI.
