Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the delivery and client leadership layer of the Cyber Resilience & Defense practice. You will own workstreams, drive sales opportunities, and supervise manager-level teams across SOC domains.

The role includes scaling offerings, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with technology partners to deliver cutting-edge capabilities powered by AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security operations across multiple domains.
• Minimum 7 years in leadership roles within SOC or security architecture.
• Experience with designing log ingestion architectures for hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Proven track record in business development with 2M+ annual bookings or pipeline ownership.
• Experience with SIEM/SOAR platforms and threat intelligence frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from current-state assessments to target-state design and implementation oversight.
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, staffing models, and playbook frameworks.
