Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager in Security Operations to lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements, shaping target-state design and technology selection. You will mentor managers, drive sales opportunities, and translate complex defensive concepts for executive audiences.

You will develop SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, and playbooks while overseeing detection engineering across SIEM, SOAR, and related platforms. Travel may be required as projects vary in scope.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security operations across multiple domains.
• Experience with threat intel and detection engineering methodologies.
• Leadership in SOC, security architecture, or similar consulting roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from current-state to target-state design.
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, and staffing frameworks.
• Lead threat detection engineering, triage workflow redesign, and KPI framework development.
• Oversee SIEM/SOAR/NDR/EDR/UEBA integrations within modernization programs.
• Create battle-tested IR runbooks and enable automation via AI capabilities.
