Qualifications

• Experience with SIEM/SOAR platforms and threat detection engineering.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from assessment to design and implementation.
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, and staffing plans for clients.
• Oversee threat detection engineering, triage workflow redesign, and KPI framework development.
• Build relationships with technology partners and drive go-to-market efforts.
• Mentor seniors, managers, and architects on the team.
