Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager in the Cyber Resilience & Defense practice to lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements and drive client value in security operations across multiple domains. You will translate complex defensive security concepts for senior executives, build trusted advisor relationships, and mentor junior staff while shaping offerings with automation and AI capabilities.

Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong executive communication, able to distill technical complexity for C-suite audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive work experience.
• Experience leading SOC, Security Architecture or equivalent consulting roles.
• Experience on leading SIEM/SOAR platform.
• Experience with threat intelligence frameworks and detection engineering methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from current to target state design.
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, and staffing frameworks.
• Lead detection engineering, triage workflow redesign, and KPI framework development.
• Oversee integration of SIEM, SOAR, TIP, EDR, NDR, and UEBA platforms.
• Create battle-tested IR runbooks and automate using AI capabilities.
• Mentor senior consultants and collaborate across domains to deliver integrated solutions.
• Engage with clients to drive sales opportunities from RFPs to proposals.
