Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager in Cyber Resilience & Defense to lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements, from current-state assessments to target-state designs and implementation oversight. • 10+ years in security operations across multiple domains
• 7+ years in leadership roles in SOC/architecture/consulting
• Experience designing log ingestion architectures for hybrid/multi-cloud
• Experience with threat intelligence frameworks and detection engineering
• Leading client engagements from scoping to delivery, including sales support

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from assessment to implementation
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, and staffing models
• Lead threat detection engineering, triage workflow redesign, and KPI framework development
• Oversee integration of SIEM/SOAR/EDR/NDR/UEBA within modernization programs
• Create playbooks and AI-enabled automation for detection and response
• Mentor senior consultants, managers, and architects
• Engage with technology partners to support go-to-market efforts
• Define delivery standards to ensure high-quality outcomes
