Job summary

Enteros, Inc. is seeking a remote Outbound SDR/BDR to drive top-of-funnel pipeline with high-volume outbound prospecting. This full-time role aligns with U.S. business hours, requiring night shifts in your local time zone (Philippines or India preferred).

You will reach senior IT decision-makers, book qualified meetings for sales executives, and collaborate on messaging strategy. Requires experience in outbound roles and strong English.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outbound SDR/BDR experience (B2B preferred).
• Fluent English with clear phone communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 500+ outbound calls/day using CRM power dialer.
• Send 400+ targeted cold emails/day.
• Book 5–8 qualified meetings/week with senior IT decision-makers.
• Attend daily team check-ins and weekly progress meetings.
• Track activities in Close.com and log time with Hubstaff.
