Job summary

Bluevine is hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative to build a net-new pipeline for its Checking and Payments sales team. You will research target accounts, perform cold outreach, qualify interest, and schedule meetings with key decision-makers.

You will develop outbound workflows, personalize messaging, and collaborate with Account Executives to scale a new outbound motion. Growth into an Account Executive role is possible as the team expands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales development, business development, inside sales, or outbound prospecting.
• Proven ability with cold calls and personalized emails.
• Confident phone presence with founders, owners, and finance leaders.
• Experience using a CRM; Salesforce preferred.
• Comfort using AI tools to support research and outreach.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Build a consistent flow of qualified meetings and net-new pipeline.
• Research target accounts and identify decision-makers.
• Personalize outreach at scale to drive conversations and meetings.
• Qualify prospects by business needs and current banking relationships.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives with clear context.
• Test and optimize call scripts, subject lines, and cadences.
• Maintain accurate activity and CRM records.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly outbound goals.
