Bluevine - US is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to build a net-new pipeline for Checking and Payments sales as the company expands to businesses generating $1M–$10M in annual revenue.

You'll partner with an Account Executive, research target accounts, engage prospects through calls and email, qualify interest, and schedule meetings with key decision-makers. This role blends outbound discipline with a path to an Account Executive as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales development or outbound prospecting.
• Proven track record with cold calls and personalized emails.
• Confident, engaging phone presence with founders/business owners.
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms; Salesforce preferred.
• Comfort using AI tools to support research and outreach.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a steady flow of qualified meetings and net-new pipeline.
• Research target accounts and identify decision-makers.
• Personalize outreach at scale to drive conversations and meetings.
• Qualify prospects by understanding needs and current banking relations.
• Schedule meetings for Account Executives with clear context.
• Test and optimize scripts, subject lines, and outreach cadences.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other tools.
• Meet activity, meeting, and pipeline goals with professionalism.
