Job summary

Guidebook, the event software platform, seeks a self-starting Senior Sales Development Representative based in the Eastern or Central US time zones, with a London-based manager. You will lead the early outbound motion, create new opportunities, and drive the heartbeat of the sales team.

You will own outbound campaigns, exceed goals, use AI tools, attend trade shows, and collaborate with sales and marketing to share insights and improve processes.

Qualifications

• At least 1.5 years of experience in sales development/lead generation.
• Resilient with a focus on phone outreach and outbound tactics.
• Coachable with curiosity about learning and market trends.
• You are customer focused and consultative, aiming to solve client problems.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead outbound campaigns start to finish.
• Identify qualified targets and position Guidebook’s solutions.
• Manage outbound sequences, calls, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to share insights and best practices.
• Travel to trade shows as needed to meet prospects in person.
