Qualifications

• 1.5+ years experience in sales development/lead generation.
• Resilient with a focus on phone outreach.
• Coachable with curiosity about market trends.
• Customer-focused and consultative outbound approach.
• Ownership of outbound campaigns start-to-finish.

Responsibilities

• Within 3 months: target qualified prospects, map ICPs, craft outbound messages, manage sequences and follow-ups.
• Within 6 months: hit goals consistently, use social selling, share insights with sales/marketing, lead process improvements.
