Job summary

ClosedWon Talent LLC is seeking an experienced SDR Manager to lead a team of 8–9 outbound reps from our San Francisco HQ. You’ll coach daily, run one-on-ones, and personally jump on cold calls to keep the pipeline moving.

In this enterprise-focused role you’ll map accounts, mentor reps through top-of-funnel conversations with CEOs, CFOs, or COOs, and partner with marketing to scale outbound motion. Strong leadership and a track record delivering pipeline are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a frontline SDR/BDR manager with coaching responsibilities.
• Proven track record of developing early-career reps and promoting them.
• Hands-on in outbound selling and direct coaching on calls.
• Experience coaching an enterprise-style outbound motion, including account mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 8–9 SDRs with daily coaching and performance diagnosis.
• Own the outbound motion and build energy and momentum to drive pipeline.
• Drive hiring and onboarding of net-new SDRs and plan for future growth.
• Enable path to director/lead roles as the org scales.
