ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior SDR Manager to lead the outbound commercial SDR front-line management team in a fast-growing environment. You will recruit, onboard, and train new hires while partnering with leadership to optimize outbound performance and pipeline generation.

You will mentor SDR managers, implement best practices, and ensure quota attainment. Strong communication, analytics, and Salesforce proficiency are essential.

Formación

• Track record of leading high-performing sales development teams.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM platforms.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and train new hires.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the outbound core commercial SDR front-line management team.
• Monitor lead processes, metrics, and catalyze pipeline creation.
• Shape and implement SDR strategy and processes.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Conduct weekly 1X1s with each commercial core SDR Manager.
• Work with extended XDR management team.
• Drive best practices across the management team.
• Report to Director of Sales Dev on KPIs.
• Motivate and recognize team members to sustain top performance.
