Job summary

Doppel Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Sales Development Representative to lead a high-performing SDR team across Commercial, Mid-Enterprise, and Enterprise segments.

You will coach, develop, and own day-to-day performance, driving pipeline generation and collaboration with Sales leadership, Marketing, and RevOps. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales development with 2+ years of direct people management, and a data-driven, AI-enabled mindset to optimize outreach and results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales development or business development experience.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience leading SDRs.
• Proven track record of coaching BDR/SDR teams to achieve or exceed pipeline generation goals.
• Experience directly managing individual contributors, including performance management, onboarding, and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the SDR team across Commercial, Mid-Enterprise, and Enterprise segments.
• Own pipeline generation goals and outbound/inbound prospecting strategies.
• Establish high-velocity processes for inbound lead response, qualification, and handoffs to AEs.
• Monitor SDR performance with dashboards and regular reviews; drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with RevOps to optimize reporting, routing, and territory alignment.
• Help implement AI-enabled prospecting workflows and automation while maintaining personalized outreach.
