Nooks is seeking a Senior Sales Development Manager, Mid-Market (Remote) to lead a high-performing outbound SDR team. You will guide hiring, coaching, and outbound strategy while collaborating with marketing, sales leadership, and product teams to refine messaging and drive pipeline growth.

Bring 3+ years of management experience, a hands-on approach, and a data-driven mindset to optimize performance in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

• 3+ years of sales development management experience leading an outbound team in B2B SaaS.
• Experience selling to GTM leaders and promoting SDRs into other departments.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and raise performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort engaging by phone and building outbound messaging across channels.
• Strong analytics to guide improvements and prioritization.
