Parexel is seeking a Scientist 3 - Laboratory and Instrumentation Coordinator to lead daily lab operations onsite at client site in Rahway, NJ. This long-term FSP assignment offers full benefits and requires strong lab management and instrumentation troubleshooting skills.

The role emphasizes ensuring safety, coordinating stand-downs, managing storage, preparing solutions, receiving samples, and coordinating maintenance and procurement of lab supplies.

Competenze

• Proven laboratory management experience and strong lab operations knowledge.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and lab management software.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary point of contact for laboratory functions and staff guidance.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain smooth operations during stand-downs and initiatives.
• Manage temperature storage facilities and routine clean-outs.
• Prepare mobile phase and stock solutions for platform assays and ensure expiry dates.
• Receive samples through the LIMS and ensure readiness for testing.
• Submit work orders for lab equipment and coordinate technician scheduling.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and supervise equipment technicians.
• Manage inventory and procurement of lab supplies and backorders.
