Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Scientist 3 – Laboratory and Instrumentation Coordinator to join our FSP on a long-term assignment, onsite at our client in Rahway, NJ. This full-time role focuses on managing daily lab operations, ensuring safety, and optimizing resource use.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in chemistry/biochemistry/biology or related field with 3–5 years of experience and a track record in lab coordination and equipment oversight. On-site position with full benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Proven laboratory management experience with strong safety protocols.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and lab documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for lab functions and staff guidance.
• Coordinate lab operations during stand-downs and organizational initiatives.
• Manage temperature storage and ensure expiry-dated solutions are stocked.
