Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Kansas City seeks a senior Scheduling lead to direct project scheduling across multiple high‑value projects. You will develop CPM baselines, monitor progress, and coordinate with preconstruction, procurement, and construction teams to ensure on‑time delivery.

The role requires 8+ years of experience on large projects, proficiency with Primavera P6, and the ability to mentor staff while engaging with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience in construction scheduling or project controls.
• Experience on large construction projects (>$100M).
• Scheduling certification (AACE PSP PMI-SP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling activities for one or more construction projects.
• Develop and maintain CPM baseline schedules and updates.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Procurement, and Construction teams to integrate schedules.
• Coordinate with VDC to incorporate BIM/4D models and Last Planner System.
• Prepare schedule dashboards and ORM briefing materials.
• Provide training on scheduling software and best practices to staff.
