Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Philadelphia is seeking an Experienced Scheduler/Planner to lead the Scheduling group on major construction projects. You will develop and maintain CPM baselines, monitor progress, and coordinate with preconstruction, procurement, and field teams to ensure the project plan is-aligned with owner expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Scheduling Certification desired (AACE, PSP, PMI-SP).
• Experience in construction project engineering and supervisory positions.
• Proficient in scheduling software applications (e.g., Oracle Primavera P6).

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling team and project staff on one or more construction projects of varying size and complexity.
• Prepare and maintain schedules, develop baselines, monitor progress and update reports.
• Develop CPM baseline schedules and communicate execution plans to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Procurement, Construction, and BD to align schedules.
• Integrate BIM/4D planning and Last Planner System into project schedules.
• Conduct regular progress updates, risk reviews, and look-ahead schedules.
• Provide training on scheduling software and best practices to staff.
