Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in scheduling within the construction industry.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments requiring proactive coordination.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling on projects and programs.
• Develop project milestones and progress baselines.
• Ensure scheduling methodology is followed across the project.
• Coordinate with internal and external clients on schedule matters.
• Coach and mentor the planning team.
• Lead schedule reporting, forecast updates and contingency management.
• Analyze resource requirements and recovery options.
• Ensure subcontractor schedule compliance with integrated schedules.
