Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to lead scheduling for large-scale construction programs in the Chicago area. The role focuses on Primavera P6 scheduling, Tableau reporting, and collaborating with project managers and contractors.

You will build end-to-end master schedules, manage critical paths, monitor progress, and ensure schedule integrity across multiple sectors, including data centers and infrastructure. On-site presence is expected with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of applicable experience
• AACE certification in planning/scheduling is preferred.
• Prior experience building a complex master schedule
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and construction contracting
• Able to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and analyze schedules using Primavera P6.
• Review and understand schedule logic and work with project managers and contractors to maintain schedule integrity.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end master schedules including rolling wave planning.
• Produce monthly progress reports and communicate schedule risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify dependencies and optimize resource loading.
