Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead the Scheduling group on multiple high-value construction projects in Indianapolis. You will develop CPM baseline schedules, monitor progress, and drive risk mitigation using Primavera P6 and 4D BIM/Last Planner.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field; 8+ years of related experience.
Large construction project experience (>$100m).
Scheduling Certification desired (AACE PSP, PMI-SP).
Experience in construction project engineering and supervisory positions.
Proficient use of scheduling software (Oracle Primavera P6).
Proficient use of scheduling diagnostic tools (Acumen Fuse, Change Inspector).
Advanced knowledge of Last Planner System and lean construction concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead scheduling activities for the Scheduling group on one or more projects.
Develop CPM baseline schedules and monitor progress and forecasts.
Collaborate with Preconstruction, Procurement, and Construction teams to detail schedules.
Integrate BIM/4D models with scheduling and logistics planning.
Conduct monthly progress reviews and provide ORM-ready dashboards.
Educate and mentor staff on scheduling practices and tools.
Engage with clients as Planning SME to align scheduling expectations.
