Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Lead Scheduler to develop and manage construction project schedules with stakeholders, monitor progress, and perform risk analyses. You will produce CPM-based baselines, coordinate with VDC, and integrate Last Planner System and change-order impacts to keep projects on track.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 6+ years of experience, and Primavera P6 proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field; 6+ years of related experience or equivalent
• Scheduling Certification (AACE, PSP, PMI-SP) a plus
• Proficient in scheduling software (Oracle Primavera P6)
• Experience with scheduling comparison tools (Acumen Fuse, Change Inspector)
• Large construction project experience (>$100m)
• Experience in construction roles (Engineer, Superintendent)
• Ability to interpret contracts and drawings to develop schedules
• Ability to manage scheduling risks and conduct gap analyses
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead development of CPM-based project schedules with stakeholders and team
• Maintain and update project schedules, dashboards, and look-ahead plans
• Conduct schedule risk analyses and time-impact studies
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Procurement, and Construction teams
• Coordinate with VDC to align schedules and models
• Review Pull Plans, Last Planner System, and cadence-based updates
• Identify events and change orders impacting schedules
• Provide guidance and training on scheduling tools to project teams
• Participate in project kick-off meetings and ORM schedule reviews
• Support BD/Marketing in pursuit schedules
• Ensure compliance with Scheduling Playbook and company policies
