Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our global project and cost management team in Kansas City. You will lead the scheduling process for complex projects, develop WBS structures, and ensure milestones align with the contract and project control framework.

You will collaborate with partners across disciplines, manage CPM schedules, report progress, and help drive on-time delivery. A degree in construction management or related field and strong P6 experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and maintaining CPM schedules for large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling concepts (CPM, milestones, WBS).
• Ability to interpret data and communicate schedule status to partners.

Responsibilities

• Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines using critical path method.
• Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project deliverables defined via WBS.
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and interdependencies between key partners for client outcomes.
• Ensure schedule adheres to project execution and procurement strategy documents.
• Provide regular updates on schedule progress.
