Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management; 8–10 years scheduling construction management experience.
• Experience in a commercial contracting environment preferred.
• Proficient analytic ability with excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
• Ability to organize and manage complex tasks, establish and meet schedules, and maintain focus on goals.

• Demonstrate full competency in the system scheduling tools and best practices.
• Manage scheduling and planning efforts, including scheduling processes during the project development and execution.
• Comprehends fully and proactively foresees the impacts of all contractual and project requirements and applies them to schedules.
• Develop, champion, and ensure schedule data integrity efforts and company standards.
• Enhance and standardize tailored schedule reporting to meet project team needs and communicate issues and progress.
• Optimize communication regarding the schedule to project teams, subcontractors, clients, and leadership.
• Provide continuous improvement for the scheduling cycle and risk management practices.
• Lead training efforts regarding scheduling systems, processes, and utilization.
• Travel to lead and support scheduling efforts; engage in industry events and conferences.
